The fresh, beachy aroma will bring coastal living to your home, transporting you to a beach-front holiday where you can escape life’s daily stresses. With soothing notes of citrus and vanilla, our Seaside blend promotes a calming yet uplifting atmosphere.

Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)
Lavender Oil can help uplift the mood and promote a sense of well-being, helping to ease tension and promote relaxation in the body, making it beneficial for relieving physical and mental stress and discomfort, and giving us that seaside holiday feel.

Sweet Orange (Citrus sinensis)
The calming properties within Sweet Orange Oil can help relax and calm those who are feeling stressed, nervous or angry.

Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata)
Ylang Ylang an incredibly floral and sweet aroma with intriguing hints of spice. Due to its incredible calming and balancing properties, Ylang Ylang Oil is known to initiate a sense of relaxation.

Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum)
Cardamom carries a fresh, sweet yet almost bitter aroma and is well-known for its ability to revive and invigorate those who are feeling tired and stressed.

Roman Chamomile (Anthemis nobilis)
Roman Chamomile is primarily known for its calming, soothing and relaxing properties and for this reason, it is a fantastic essential oil for sleep.

Vanilla (Vanilla Planifolia)

Diffuse: Add a few drops to an aromatherapy diffuser and diffuse around your home, office or meditative space.

On The Go: Add 4 – 6 drops of Seaside Essential Oil to a 15ml roller bottle and top with Fractionated Coconut Oil to create an on-the-go calming roller blend.

Bath: Add a few drops to a warm bath to unwind and create an atmosphere reminiscent of a coastal holiday.

Relaxing Shower: Add a drop to each corner of the shower, the aroma will rise with the steam to create a restorative atmosphere.

Topical Dilution Guidelines

Please note that the following guidelines are recommended for healthy adults:

General Use: 2 – 4% dilution (4 – 8 drops per 10ml)
Facial Application: 1 – 2% dilution (2 – 4 drops per 10ml)
